I believe that food is often the best medicine, and there is an undeniable connection between health, well-being, and the food that we eat. What we eat directly affects how we show up in life. If we want to show up our best, most vibrant version, we need to eat the best, most vibrant foods.
My process is highly collaborative. When we work together, I work with you to develop a customized menu that is deeply nourishing, delicious, conscious of dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, and perfect for your event. Off-site or in your home, I love to travel, so location is not limiting to working together.
From sourcing, shopping, prepping, and serving, to clean-up, and managing leftovers, you don’t need to lift a hand except to pick up your fork.
I also specialize in working with unique dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, anti-inflammatory, low sugar, etc. From medical-related menus for those with specific conditions to lifestyle choices, I will support your needs and nutrition requirements so you can enjoy delicious, nutritious foods that will naturally support your health and wellness goals.

PRIVATE CHEF
When your get together or special event requires that something extra, host a dinner party with me in your home, office, or offsite! Together, we will create a customizable menu based around your selected theme, cuisine, and dietary needs. I handle the rest to provide you and your guests a unique, memorable, and special dining experience.

Retreat Chef
My retreats offer a unique opportunity to nourish your body and soul in a week-long immersion program that will leave you vibrant and inspired! Plant-based cooking classes, nutrition workshops, yoga, dancing, meditation (and lots of delicious food) nourish you from the inside out, in the beauty and solitude of nature.
When I cook for a retreat, I ensure I am nourishing the bodies and spirits of the attendees
People don’t often attend retreats for the food, but the food can make or break the event. When your meals are timed perfectly to your scheduled events (even when it changes!) and is flavorful and exciting, your retreat will be remembered for everything flowing smoothly.
When we work together, I like to work collaboratively with you to develop a menu that is perfect for your event. Whether that is Chakra-themed, wine and food pairings, fueling for yoga teacher training or running in the mountains, always with the guests’ dietary requirements in mind. Each menu is custom designed for your event, guests, location, and time of year.
Retreats are a time of growth, learning, and community and I love to embrace this with my cooking. I have a casual approach to retreat cooking in that I love getting to know the guests and welcoming everyone to hang out in the kitchen while I cook. No stiff white coats or off-limits refrigeration! If desired, cooking demonstrations or interactive food preparations can easily be added to the schedule.
