RETURNS + EXCHANGEs POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Monica Glass LLC. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  2. Send all items back to us using your preferred method of delivery to:

    • If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will send you a return shipping label for free.

    • If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
